What to Expect at a Dublin STI Clinic
If it's your first time, here's what typically happens: you register (you can often remain anonymous), have a brief confidential chat with a nurse or doctor about your sexual history, then provide a urine sample, blood draw, or swab depending on what's being tested. Results for some things come same-day; others take a few days. Treatment is available on-site if anything is found.
For the GUIDE Clinic walk-in, arrive early for a ticket — Monday, Tuesday and Thursday are the walk-in days. Online booking is also available for asymptomatic screening.
